It mainly uses in Cement factory, cement warehouse, and other large construction sites. It can save a lot of package material cost and labor cost.

Tank Semi-trailer Truck:
Tank semi-trailer truck mainly transports liquid, granule material, powder material, bulk cement, water supply truck and so on. The tank is designed by three-dimensional structure. - Semi-trailer Frame: Adopt integrated penetrating weld between longitudinal beam and cross beam. So it can form the space frame structure. It can balance the strength, stiffness, toughness ability, high loading eight and no shape transformation.
- All of stake semi-trailers are penetrate beam structure. For longitudinal, it is flat-straight type or goose-neck type. The height of bell is 400-500. Skeleton Flat Bed Semi-trailer Truck:
There are two types of container semi-trailer trucks. One is Skeleton Container semi-trailer truck and the other one is flatbed container semi-trailer truck. For skeleton container semi-trailer truck, it is welded with longitudinal beam, cross beam, front end beam and back end beam. The material of longitudinal is superior 16Mn steel and adopt submerged arc technology weld into "H" shape(The main size is 450 and 500). For cross beam, we use superior steel and press forming to groove profile. For front end and back end, they are welded into the rectangular section. The position of lock device is in the middle of container and it set up the integrated long cross beam, so it can improve the locking ability and loading ability. The difference between flatbed container semi-trailer truck and skeleton container semi-trailer truck is for flatbed container semi-trailer truck, it has frame and checkered steel floor.
For this container semi-trailer truck series, all of frames are shot blasting, the whole fame is assembled, welded in the special fixed platform. Appropriate structure, high strength, beautiful appearance. There is container locking device on the frame, can load 40ft, 20ft containers. Four container locking devices in the front end and back end is fixed structure. The middle locking device can be hiding structure.
When load the container, we can adjust the middle container locking device to under the platform according the request. We can choose mechanical loading device, mainly has 12T, 20T; Fuhua 13T, JOST and others. The function is support the ground when the traction part separate from the semi-trailer. It support the front load of semi-trailer. There are single acting and linked acting for the support part. It mainly has support dish, screw driving mechanism, gearbox, control handle and so on. For suspension system, there are single axle suspension, double axles suspension and three axles suspension. The semi-trailer is equipped with two spare wheel rackets. They are installed in the left and right sides. Also there is lifting mechanism.
Goose Neck Low Bed Semi-trailer Truck:
Hydraulic lifting folding ladder, including frame, there is ladder in hinge joint of the frame tail, the ladder is jointed by upper ladder and down ladder. There is hydraulic cylinder is jointed in the frame tail. The piston rod end of hydraulic cylinder is jointed in the middle of down ladder. There is support rod is jointed between back end of upper ladder and frame tail end. There is rolling wheel in the front end of the upper ladder. This structure is simple, and we change the before ladder to the jointing ladder structure with upper and down ladders. So it can increase the length of the ladder. Meanwhile, through the piston rod of hydraulic cylinder to lift the ladder. It's convenient to lift. It's very valuable for the practice.

The main structure of Car Carrier

- There are two floors of the loading platform. For the upper part, it goes up or goes down through the lifting device. So it's easy to load the cars. - For the double axle and single wheel car carrier, There is one handle springboard in the left side and right side in the goose-neck step of down frame. There are drawer type ladder and climbing ladder in the tail part. In the rear tail part of upper back frame, there is drawer type ladder.
- For the double axles and double wheels car carrier, there is one handle springboard in the left side and right side in the front end goose-neck step of down frame. There is hydraulic lifting active bracket in the front of the rear axle. There is one handle spring-board in the left side and right side of the rear axle of rear part. Back tail part, there are drawer type ladder and climbing ladder. In the rear tail of back up frame part, there is drawer type ladder.
- To avoid the upper frame bouncing, there is the tighten rope to tight the upper frame and down frame.
